Collaborative Change Solutions (CCS) is a training and consulting company that assists individuals and organizations to develop and refine skills that facilitate positive change.
We conduct basic and advanced level trainings on the topic of Motivational Interviewing (MI), consult with organizations and agencies on the integration of MI into services and interventions, and provide coaching to practitioners who want to expand their practice. Together, our expertise in the application of motivational interviewing encompasses many aspects of behavior change including, health promotion and wellness, weight management, substance abuse treatment, tobacco cessation, dietary change, exercise adherence, stress management, chronic disease management, life transitions and more.

Introduction to Motivational Interviewing
A half-day or full-day workshop that provides a basic overview of MI and essential skills.
Basic 2-Day Training in MI
An experiential workshop that introduces participants to MI applications and techniques and allows structured practice and feedback with MI trainers.
On-site Trainings
Trainings may also be provided on-site, at agencies or organizations, and are customized to meet the needs of a specific audience or staff.
Individualized and Small Group Coaching
For practitioners who are interested in advanced MI skill development, we guide learning plans for individuals and small groups.
